• Copywriting: AI-assisted content creation with brand voice and style control.
• AI Assistance: Task management, scheduling, communication, and research support.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@elvz.ai.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices across connected social media accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform beyond what is provided by our Services.

5. Connected Third-Party Accounts

• When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), you authorize us to access and interact with those platforms on your behalf.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect.
• We are not liable for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including suspension or termination of your accounts on those platforms.
• You may disconnect third-party accounts at any time through your account settings.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by our AI agents is provided as suggestions and assistance. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any content.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
• You retain ownership of any original content you provide to the Platform. You grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of delivering our Services.
• AI-generated outputs may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users.

7. Payment and Billing

• Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the property of Elvz AI and is protected by intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elvz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
